The only downside I have found is assigning locations to employees.
Overall, this has been an amazing software to use. Customer service is second to none, and the software's ability to be customized for our needs has been worth every penny.
I don't like that i have to enter start date when i enter a new job. Basically i have to wait until i know the start date before I enter the job which is a bit inconvenient.
My overall experience has been very good. They have been consistently responsive when I have had a question or concern.
Sycning phones so I as the admin get the forms on time seems to sometimes be a problem.
The customer service has been excellent, as they have worked directly with our IT Dept and myself as an administrative user. This program has shaved multiple hours off my schedule with great accuracy.
With guys that are technically challenged it makes it a little difficult for them to learn.

They helped to build our first sets of forms and walked us through a tremendous amount of form building, and made life a lot easier for us and my assistant. I would highly recommend SiteDocs for anyone that has any sort of company, more than 20 employees for sure, for ease of form building plus enhancements, plus double-checking guys to ensure HAEs are completed.
