ProcurementExpress.com vs LeanDNA: Which is a better fit?

So other tools that I've used before were Procurify. Pretty sure that's how to pronounce it. So effectively, it was a web-based platform as well. It's good. It's really easy to use. But because of some other recommendations, we stopped using it. So why I chose ProcurementExpress was it has a very high review rating online. It has great customer support and during the whole decision making process of using it. So it was really easy to reach out to the support team. They have good people on that side of things. They have really good integration with Xero, which is the accounting software that I'm using as well. So that allows us to make the whole procurement cycle really, really easy for the Shopify site that we're running. So just like any other software, there was a little bit of learning curve of ProcurementExpress. And that's why I give it four out of five, not five out of five. But like I said, the support was really, really helpful. It makes onboarding so much easier, so much friendlier, unlike a lot of other companies that we tried and tested before. It was definitely a good switch in terms of using it in this current state. If you're looking to purchase a similar software, what I would consider is just really testing it out, yes. Most of the software usually have free trial period. Should just look in depth and more instead, which is something that we didn't do at the start. And that's why we end up in a lot of different other software before finding the right tool. And that wasted a lot of integration errors in a sort of... Pretty much a lot of software integration error that we faced with. And even when we got ProcurementExpress, that's where we still face some hiccup because there wasn't really a good standard operating procedure in place. So that's something that definitely you would need to consider because this will form a very big part of your supply chain and that would effectively affect a lot of thing down the line. So just go on free trials, talk more to sales rep, understand the whole sale cycle, just so that you know whether or not it will really benefit your company as a whole.
