ServiceBox vs Fergus: Which is a better fit?

I have very much appreciated the benefits of having one piece of software that provides a comprehensive experience for all employees from the top down.

Pictures sometimes do not upload on the first time or sometimes fail to upload entirely. Some menus can be difficult to navigate.

ServiceBox has been a fantastic tool for our business. What we like most is how easy and intuitive it is to use, even for team members who aren’t tech-savvy.

The app does crash every once in a while when trying to upload photos to benchseets the screen will go all black and I have to force close and restart the app.

Its been pretty good ,It seems pretty everyrhing ,Im hoping there can be a function where,reports can be pushed out to my email.

Hard to find material sometimes. Hit the check in or out and the submit button sometimes don’t respond and sits in loading.

The time and money saved since we started using service box is a big factor on why we are so grateful for this program. Service box overall is wonderful.

There are some system functionalities that don’t follow suit from one area of the system to the next, but again, this is hardly a reason to dislike service box.

A good way to track work in progress and schedule Labour. Would love to see more customised features around the Favorites setup for invoicing and quotes.

Apprentice on entry level subscription cant search for jobs unless he is assigned to it which is a pain (has no search bar option at all).

It integrates seamlessly to Xero which has made it very simple to implement. We like the ability to track staff when required and the fact that it has a full health and safety component also.

Setting up with suppliers in Australia was frustrating.

Fergus is a great system we are using to help with job scheduling and management of our workers and also great with invoicing jobs once completed, as it links with our xero account as well.

However I am restricted to just labour & materials.

Excited to see future improvements, and lastly, the team on the customer support help desk are awesome - you guys rock.
