The customer support has been fantastic. She has been amazing to work with and has answered every with a day.
Pictures sometimes do not upload on the first time or sometimes fail to upload entirely. Some menus can be difficult to navigate.

The app does crash every once in a while when trying to upload photos to benchseets the screen will go all black and I have to force close and restart the app.
