Real estate brokers and agents who want a streamlined and compliant transaction experience from contracts to audits.
Real estate brokers, agents, team and transaction coordinators
On boarding was great, and the training was excellent. This is a platform that will store all of our documentation and is easy for everyone to use.
If you're managing transactions, WHY DO I HAVE TO CONSTANTLY RECREATE THE INFORMATION. The lack of this feature is a STUPID oversight.
I like the color-coded flags for individual documents so its easy to see what's been approved or is marked as outstanding.
It is a total waste of time and I am stuck with Skyslope as long as I work with my broker.
The support team at SkySlope is the best in the industry with an amazing response time. I also like how we have access to other help features through their website.
Nothing really, the system is created with the user in mind so the UX concepts make difficult to dislike this program.
The best file management system with an amazing support team. This is a great program whether you're a solo broker owner or if you own and manage multiple locations/agents.
Lack of access to forms, esignature doesn't work the right way.
I love how quickly and efficiently I can fill documents and share with my clients to review and sign. My clients also love how easy it is to use even on their phones.
It had weird quirks that are hard to describe, and sometimes navigating between offices(if you administate many) it can be confusing.
This produce is easy to use and easy for to teach new real estate agents how to get started and become successful. I love that the customer support is so accessible and helpful.
When you accidentally upload the incorrect document there is no way to delete it. You can archive the document which does work in the end.
Love the timestamps, user friendly for all levels of technology users. Perfect for our industry.
I was collaborating with an agent in our office on a sale and for some reason our files didn't link and we had duplicates. I strongly suspect it was user error and not due to the software.
I love Dotloop's easy-to-use features. I also value love the ability to view the activity log to see exactly when your document was viewed, signed, or shared.
I am still learning, but still trying to figure out how to delete a function. RIght now that is the only thing I am struggling with.
Manuel D.: Hello, my name is Manuel. I'm an office manager. I give SkySlope a four out of five stars. For more reviews like this, click below. Before SkySlope, I was trying with Brokermint, but that wasn't quite what we need before, because it has a lot more of complication with setting up. We found that SkySlope is really easier to begin with, and it's also better for small teams. You can be an enterprise with one to 1,000 employees, and it would work good for you. The other one was really more complicated for us, so it took more time to set up. The reasons about the SkySlope is before, we were trying to get the job done with less steps, and SkySlope is one of that. Also, the communication. SkySlope is great when doing communication between teams and working on the same files and working on projects. Also because SkySlope is always trying to innovate. They are always there for you. They are trying to find more features to provide you. So we're really happy with SkySlope. The price is really good too. Before getting started to SkySlope, we were having some troubles with the previous system. So getting onboard with SkySlope was quite easy. SkySlope is really user-friendly, so it's not hard to get the job done there. It requires an amount of time to be prepared for that, but SkySlope is really easy to set up. Really easy to develop. My recommendation if you're trying to use SkySlope is be aware of the job that you're going to do. SkySlope is great for communication with your teams, for accounting, for contract-related stocks. And take a look at the demo that I give you. If you find that SkySlope is the right tool for you, it's because it is. SkySlope is very good. So my recommendation is just take a quick due diligence research for what you're looking for, and if you find that it is, SkySlope is right for you.
Donald: My name's Donald. I'm a commercial real estate broker of about 10 people in my office, and my rating on dotloop is definitely five stars. I use dotloop for all my contracts, all my e-signatures, and for data storage and to keep all my documents. What I like most about dotloop is that it's a one place to keep all my documents and over the years to keep regulations for commercial real estate and real estate in general. We have to keep our documents for seven years and it allows me to store all the data on the cloud without having to worry about it. My biggest dislike about dotloop is sometimes when I'm dealing with clients and I send them an e-signature, it ends up in their spam folder, but despite that, as long as I give my clients the heads-up to check their spam folder. Other than that, there's no problems.
