Our title and settlement solutions help small to large agencies with order entry, title production, policy generation and more with software on your network or in our hosted environment.
I love how quickly and efficiently I can fill documents and share with my clients to review and sign. My clients also love how easy it is to use even on their phones.
It had weird quirks that are hard to describe, and sometimes navigating between offices(if you administate many) it can be confusing.
This produce is easy to use and easy for to teach new real estate agents how to get started and become successful. I love that the customer support is so accessible and helpful.
When you accidentally upload the incorrect document there is no way to delete it. You can archive the document which does work in the end.
Love the timestamps, user friendly for all levels of technology users. Perfect for our industry.
I was collaborating with an agent in our office on a sale and for some reason our files didn't link and we had duplicates. I strongly suspect it was user error and not due to the software.
I love Dotloop's easy-to-use features. I also value love the ability to view the activity log to see exactly when your document was viewed, signed, or shared.
I am still learning, but still trying to figure out how to delete a function. RIght now that is the only thing I am struggling with.
The ability to set up templates for the CDF's is an amazing time saver. The flexibility of using CC Scheduler and moving closings around is nice.
None, each time all our questions are answered. The only trouble we have had was a server switch over.
It's been fantastic; the folks in Dallas who do customer support do a wonderful job and are very knowledgable.
I have had trouble with the remittance report on the date issued.
We have grown with RQ over the years and have been very happy with the growth.
None that I can think of. However, there is a lack of needed report template.
There have been some great updates lately that have improved the software.
While RQ is very easy to use, the UI is very ugly.
Donald: My name's Donald. I'm a commercial real estate broker of about 10 people in my office, and my rating on dotloop is definitely five stars. I use dotloop for all my contracts, all my e-signatures, and for data storage and to keep all my documents. What I like most about dotloop is that it's a one place to keep all my documents and over the years to keep regulations for commercial real estate and real estate in general. We have to keep our documents for seven years and it allows me to store all the data on the cloud without having to worry about it. My biggest dislike about dotloop is sometimes when I'm dealing with clients and I send them an e-signature, it ends up in their spam folder, but despite that, as long as I give my clients the heads-up to check their spam folder. Other than that, there's no problems.
