I wish it had a way to fully intervene with a transaction and stop it from processing rather than only giving a warning that an order is fraudulent.

Provides greater confidence in fulfilling orders for new customers. Dashboard provides a good overview with the opportunity to view cases in more detail if required.

I only pay if I choose to accept the approval and a small fee is then taken by Signifyd, which is well worth the fear of losing all my money through a fraudulent transaction.

It allows our business to run a lot more smoother without worrying about fraudulent orders.

Signifyd has prevented fraudulent sales that our team would have approved without the service and has allowed sales that we would have blocked.

Our overall experience has been amazing, this app is life changing for all small business that handle big equipments, that need to male their finances a priority.

Leaves gaps in what is "reimbursable" and the window to submit a claim is ridiculous. Needs to be 30 day claim period, not 7.

Elavon has the best rates for non profit long time customers, any time an issue has arose contacting customer service is a breeze.

My biggest complaint is that the system will approve transactions with the credit card company but Elavon will deny payment to the merchant. Then it's a nightmare trying to get paid by Elavon.

We mostly use this software for installments for payment plans. The set up of the installments and the maintenance of them is easy and user friendly.

The fees can be frustrating, and trying to determine how much will be taken out of a given transaction is difficult.

We basically use Elavon to do pre-auth for checking in guests, so we like that we can do pre-auths with guest actually pin-approving the transaction.

Actually so bad that I had to carry an additional backup product.

It seemed fairly simple to use and could get good details.

So I go and pay to send back all the equipment using my own money ($420). They wind up refusing to reverse monthly costs- this process took 2 months.
