Placing the code and getting it all connected was a piece of cake. You can make it so visitors can or can't minimize or exit the popup. Cons Testing the code took a minute and for some reason didn't work right away. Not sure if it was a clickfunnels issue or not so I can't say for sure. Pros I will let you show social proof with soo many customizations that other apps simply won't allow. Including changing the name of the person to "Someone" or even changing the format they display the social proof card. Cons We need more campaign types. While influence gives me so many customizations in regards to simple social proof (purchase social proof), competitors give many other different types of social proof that Influence does not support at the moment such as full screen take over, triggered notification, notification bar .. etc Reasons for choosing Influence I tried Notification X and didn't have what I wanted also. Pros Customizable logic for multiple page-based pop-up triggers (e.g. how many users viewing content) and actions (e,g. sign-ups) Cons Cannot sufficiently customize the design of the pop-ups, such that some of the non-customizable things (e.g. colour) mean we cannot use on our site due to clashing with our brand colours. I note that some modification is possible, but not enough. In its current limitations, it looks terrible on our site and is unusable. But when the app stopped working, they were 'ok' at getting it back online. But there were no answers to what had gone on (i.e. no accountability) The integrity of the data being fed into Influence was compromised in some way, despite Zapier (feeding the data) coming back successful on an hourly basis. Furthermore, the app was saying there were conversions occurring - even though the app was not functioning. So, some questions arising over the accuracy of that data. What has been the nail in the coffin, is repeated lack of adequate response from their support about resolving the aforementioned problems.
