Very little issues with ease of use. The ability to maintain the databases and reporting functionality are also very impressive.
Further to this their sales team lets you build up dependance on their system and then slugs you with additional costs and licenses and threatens to turn off the system if you don't pay up.
The follow up and support team were proactive in reaching out to me and were helpful in answering all my questions very quickly and effectively.

One very minor error was that on one occasion I was logging onto it and it let me in although I'd only just started typing my email address and hadn't put the password in. That's only happened once.
Great product from beginner till now i am expert. A good API & data events make this product very effective , this product is a complete package.
The sattelite image is old, which can make finding things off of landmarks more difficult.
