GlassHive is tailor-made for tech companies (MSPs, MSSPs, VARs, Vendors, and more) of all sizes and levels of expertise who are geared towards expanding their branding and driving business growth.
The automatic syncing of emails to Salesforce is great, and seamless when paired with G-suite Mail. I'm a huge fan of their notification tool too to bubble up specific threads at any specified time.
This is a very poorly managed, and poorly build cluncky software that google should ban from being used with gmail.
I love the transparency behind Yesware and it's reporting functionality to be more targeted in our approach. It offers great insight into what is working, and how we can better improve our messaging.
It can even be manipulated by unscrupulous actors that want to harm the reputation of the sender. There are a million other reasons why it is unreliable.
My team finds Yesware indispensable. Flexible product to help sales teams save time, become more effective and win more deals.
Yesware recently added a "Spam Risk Detection" feature that is supposed to predict the probability of your email being flagged as spam.
While it's become increasingly competitive, I'd still say it's a great choice, especially for reps who are responsible for the full sales cycle, reporting and forecasting for themselves.
Though it has its bugs and lots of features made for salespeople, I namely pay for it to use its email tracking tech.
What I appreciate most about GlassHive is its remarkable user-friendliness. The platform's intuitive design makes it incredibly easy to navigate and use effectively.
So far, there hasn't been anything that we've disliked.
Good combination of Hubspot sales and marketing in one platform and an extremely good value. Been pretty important in how we manage our list's and leads on the way to them becoming a client.
However, a lot of the content of the leads provided are incorrect. Like bad phone numbers or contact names and companies that are no longer in business.
The support when I do have a chance to connect with folks on the team is helpful I like [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and I like [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] I think they are both assets to clients.
Since it is browser-based, it is possible to accidentally hit the back button and lose recent edits.
The ease of use and colorful cheerful design makes me excited to log in. The customer support is great and helpful and always responds quickly.
The features are not as simple to access and edit throughout the campaign process. I think there is confusion with saving and editing during the initiation of campaigns.
Jainz: Hi, there. My name is Jainz. I am a business development executive, and I rate Yesware four out of five. For more videos, please click the link below. We use Yesware for our email marketing campaigns because the company prefers the emails to be sent from their servers rather than from any other service like Mailchimp or what other platforms does. What I like most about Yesware is so we can export our data and import it into Yesware's data without any form of visitations or any third party softwares. It's all just uploading the CSV file and just starting from there, as well as we like the email tracking tool. So it's very useful for us. In regards to what I don't like Yesware, it's not about the problem with the application rather than what the response rate, which I got from one of the support team. I wanted one of my clients to join Yesware and they were keen to be joining the software part. They fell back because the response rate which they got from the team was pretty slow, but that's something which we can fix.
