Above all we LOVE the friendly knowledgeable support provided in a timely manner. A good user manual made getting started very easy and the dashboard is an excellent management tool.

This is a fantastic cattle-management software with other options for ranches that have more than just cattle. I found it very intuitive and clean.
Sometimes I find it difficult to move from one section to the other when entering animal information. The sort options don't always seem to work right.
I love how Farmbrite sets you up to succeed, and also allows for you to customize it to your needs with a couple additions/ tweaks.
As I mentioned, the one small problem I did encounter was fixed before I reported it the next day.
We like the user friendliness and reliability on a daily basis when scanning in the field. We also like the versatility allowed by being able to scan a badge or pick from a list when scanning.
I have been told that it is an internet provider problem. Sometimes it processes almost immediately, other times it hangs up and I need to restart it.

Reception issues cause time loss in the field walking around to find reception.
We also like that you can do as much or as little with the app as you see fit. The customer service from everyone on the Croptracker team has been outstanding.
