Northpass vs ELMO Software: Which is a better fit?

As an educator and researcher, this is the best user friendly application I've ever used. My experience with this application is quite convincing and enjoyable.

For example, I pointed out a problem I was having and within 48 hours the problem was fixed. Plus I received an email noting such.

On top of the platform being just what we were looking for, the support team is just phenomenal and have continued to impress me with their dedication, care, and passion.

There are not many aspects about the platform that I dislike. We did have to change over our system for a variety of reasons and create a whole new learners platform.

And of course the ultimate accolade: feedback from our own customers indicates a very good user experience.

I have moved from another well known online education provider, after being dismayed about a number of things, not least of all, the fact that the product that hosted my courses, just did not work.

Anyone can quickly learn to build there own courses and there is an incredibly low barrier to entry. On top of the benefits from an Admin perspective, we LOVE how customizable Northpass is.

To say the least, I was extremely disappointed. I don't see an ongoing support system for their instructors.

Superb Customer Service and Support Staff: Throughout both the pre- and post-implementation phases, I received assistance that was competent, fast, and effective.

We are early on in usage, so far the implementation and project management has been disjointed and poor. Not enough promotion of workflow and details around resourcing to go live.

I think the system albeit in its infancy allows great connections across the organisation. It also allows our staff to take advantage of great discounts.

The main feature that was missing was that it could not integrate with their own HR module which meant that my team would have to double capture any leave requests.

Great overall quality of platform for money spent with good customer service and support throughout.

Many months down the track and we are still battling with the system.

Great ways of learning and understanding a way that is descriptive with interactive screens and texts that follows with imagery and very easy to relate to and gain knowledge as a result.

One issue was with external training as this was very limited for what we need it for.
