I asked 5 coworkers for feedback and after the report was rendered I saw that 3 coworkers were missing. They entered their feedback on time but somehow it went missing along the process.
I like how you can give feedback anonymously to your coworkers or you boss. It is good to improve your work and your performance.

Selection of date for attendance requests is bit confusing. Once accidentally current date was updated when I selected a different date in the attendance request form.
