Eldermark vs eMAR: Which is a better fit?

The support team is the best; they are always quick to respond and follow up. The overall ease of the product from a user standpoint is also great.

My only complaint is how it will kick us out sometimes.

I love the support model because it provides a quick resolution while the user is on the all with the support person. I feel my experience and knowledge is respected.

You can't search a total database of residents or clientele on those whom have meds due. This is very frustrating for a number of reasons you may need that info.

Eldermark’s ability to address specific business concerns and make meaningful updates to address them is appreciated and impressive.

I know you guys have beta program but still. Also move away from TSprint < its hit or missed.

I feel like Eldermark is the best and most cost-effective tool that fits our current business needs and grows to meet the future needs of our company at the time that is appropriate.

You only get to see what medication are due in a current time period and once a med is passed you can't go back and see what you gave it could be dangerous if a mistake was made.

The dashboard makes easy viewing of the status of all documents. What is the most helpful part is the excellent customer care service we receive.

In previous years of working with Paper mars, the e-mar is much more efficient. Smaller chance of errors with missed medications or missed residents.

The support is fantastic. From implementation all the way through to live support several years later.

The reports can be a bit difficult t navigate.

The various reports and ease of access to data is something that saves Management a considerable amount of time when completing audits. The product offering itself is vast and comprehensive.

There is no alert to missed meds on previous days.

As mentioned previously, I think the MEDe-care implementation team is amazing.

There is noting I don't like about this system.
