User Experience for setting up a campaign is difficult.

Ability to customize your programs and the fact that your advocates can have their own logins to track their progress topped with great customer support.

What they won't tell you is after wasting hours of time setting everything up is that OH YEAH they don't integrate with BigCommerce unless you buy your own SSL.

Number of reward options available: no matter where your customers are and what they like, there is something to reward them for referring4. Very helpful customer service.

Integration with our bookings platform has been difficult.

The experience is positive, I would confidently recommend it to my colleagues as it is convenient, practical and makes work very easy.

Because our forms have a lot of custom fields it can be difficult to see all the information.

They took our awkward CRM/invoicing system and made it work for us.

I also really like the Rewards Dashboard, where you can your active rewards in one overview + the ones that are already issued or due so you can follow up.

We haven't had any issues or difficulties with setup and running the tooling.
