PerfectApps vs Google Workspace: Which is a better fit?

Perfect Forms is a fantastic tool that integrates perfectly with our website. Their customer support has been second to none.

What more could you ask for. And no they didn't pay me to write this!).

I liked the ability to build and automate any specific workflow or functionality with an amazing degree degree of detail and precision.

I had previously given PerfectForms a less than stellar rating for some of those problems. This new version seems to have solved them all, and is 100% HTML based, so no more problems with using Flash.

But mostly what I like and why I went with perfectforms was for the ease of setting up and creating my database solution. Both the forms and reports are easy to assemble and use.

We also inspect every Fire department in the state of Mississippi and collect fire hydrant information around the state. When I started at the company, we collected all of this information on paper.

Lastly, we are able to seamlessly integrate the approved information within the PerfectApp solution to our other key systems like ADP Enterprise Payroll and SuccessFactors.

Unfortunately our version isn't cloud base, which makes us a little limited in providing access externally.

Collaborating with multiple people is easy and effective, and there are many great features such as making comments and inserting edits that can be viewed and resolved.

This is an amazing tool that assists you in making your place better and more productive. It is easy to use and also cheap.

We have found the provide storage to be inadequate at our tier level, and have had problems with Windows 10 compatibility.

It’s so nice having everything in one place and starting off in a hub every single morning. What I like most about Google sweet is that it has literally everything a business needs.

It can be frustrating when there are features that are available in MS Suite that GSuite does not have. They are few and far in between, but once in a while it does frustrate you.

To be honest it’s very user friendly and flexible. All modules are very usefully and important.

Painstaking to get it set up correctly on android, as well as my laptop. Confusing billing system, frustrating security, and terrible customer support.
