Very friendly and helpful, giving lots of experienced based tips to help me get started. Seems to be simple system to operate, which is important for me as I’m not very technical with IT.

I cannot ever get through to anyone, and when I do leave messages or send emails, I rarely hear back unless I harass over and over and over again.

We fell in love with the product through their amazing customer support...the product itself is also quite easy to work with.

Payments are not coming through either and our clients are very frustrated.

You can have calls with the very happy and efficient team and they are willing to help and follow up on your requests. What I like the most and most looking forward in the future to is new features.

Unable to message a class via the app if a teacher changes or the class is cancelled.

It seems like a good solution for purely group class business models (like F45)/ Stripe payment integration and ease of refunds using the software.

The customer suport is possibly the worst I have ever come across. Mostly automated, find your own answers etc.

I decided to sign up with volo because it was a Canadian company that offered great prices and amazing customer service. They just increased their prices without letting customer know.

I am constantly getting "page not found errors", printing problems, accounting errors (not on my part), faulty invoices made.

I have found it too easy for my staff to accidentally remove a whole series which means I have lost appointment information.

It is very easy to make the necessary adjustments to payments as they are in process and that helps keep your clients happy and loyal.

They're basically two different companies, each with the same horrible service. Finally, we decided we would no longer do business with Members Solutions/My Volo and switched to a different company.

He was smart, guided me to a great outcome, made me feel comfortable and treated me with respect.

Hard to navigate, very frustrating setting up clients.
