All of my therapists find the evaluations and daily SOAP notes easy to use. We love the quick phrases for ease of documentation and the ability to set goals from our goal bank.
As far as support, it's gone down hill. A few months back, the clearing house they used screwed up a lot of claims, but Fusion didn't handle it well.
The billing feature, amazing. The home resources are so easy to add which is so helpful for your patients and just already there.
The problems that have been worked on have ranged from simple quick fixes to more complex issues which have required further investigation on both of our ends.
One of my favorite service features is that they are so responsive to customer needs as well as suggestions to improve their site to make it more user friendly or accommodate clinic needs.

There are so many helpful features and the software is easy to use and navigate. If you have any issues or questions the support team always responds quickly and helps to the best of their ability.

With a great EMR system and easy of scheduling I appreciate zHealth as well as the cost for a solo doctor. I like that the system has the ability to expand without crazy increase in costs.

Patient subjective never carries over making patients frustrated. Dates for onset date and pointers reset frequently even when you chose to import previous.

That definitely was not happening. And then I was considering Jane or zHealth, and I liked zHealth because they're fully HIPAA-compliant. First of all, the support, the training, the SOAP notes are customizable. I love the reports, so lots of reports that we can generate. It's user-friendly, and we can call them up, email them at any time. We get a very quick response. And they're always updating and refining their software, and that's very important as well. It was super easy because it was pretty quick to do the X4, the onboarding. We had good training. I think we had four sessions with the entire team, and so they're just super helpful, good with communication skills as well, and very streamlined. And that's why I would highly recommend zHealth because of how efficient they are, and they're very supportive, too. No, nothing that they should know, that you're making a good decision by going with zHealth because of how efficient, how helpful they are, the training, the onboarding, and also just their whole software is very user-friendly, too.
