We use this software out of about a dozen shipping locations over 20-30 carriers. The implementation team was great, and we have had a fantastic experience.
The spot quote page can be a little confusing when multiple loads are on the board. Other than the lane, it's difficult to distinguish which shipment is which.
We can now pull quotes, request pickups, track shipments and keeps our customers happy and informed on their orders. I highly recommend it to anyone that needs to save money and improve productivity.
I have not come across any features with this software that I dislike.
The ability to see what will ship at the best price for us without having to use 3pl's. We can use the carriers we have good relationships with and still get the best pricing from each of them.
My only real issue is that I having to go all the way back to the first window and then completely start over in the first screen just to change a detail(s) or correct any error(s).
Freightview is great for our company. It is great to have all of our shipoments in one location and be able to track them in realtime from the website.
Sometimes it is annoying with the items you have to continue making new ones so not to edit the ones you already are using.
Absolutely brilliant, a professional young team working day and night to provide a seamless platform making your day to day work easy.
The webpage is often a little slow and sometimes the webpage is not running and I cannot track my containers, which is frustrating.
VERY NICE EXPERINCE , I WOULD LIKE TO KEEP ME WITH VISIWISE FOR A LONG TERM RELATIONS.
So far I haven't experienced something I don't like.
The program provides good service. All okay I used long time and easy to use.
All is good however if its for a lower cost it will allow lots of users i know to join.
