Freightview vs ShippyPro: Which is a better fit?

We use this software out of about a dozen shipping locations over 20-30 carriers. The implementation team was great, and we have had a fantastic experience.

The spot quote page can be a little confusing when multiple loads are on the board. Other than the lane, it's difficult to distinguish which shipment is which.

We can now pull quotes, request pickups, track shipments and keeps our customers happy and informed on their orders. I highly recommend it to anyone that needs to save money and improve productivity.

I have not come across any features with this software that I dislike.

The ability to see what will ship at the best price for us without having to use 3pl's. We can use the carriers we have good relationships with and still get the best pricing from each of them.

My only real issue is that I having to go all the way back to the first window and then completely start over in the first screen just to change a detail(s) or correct any error(s).

Freightview is great for our company. It is great to have all of our shipoments in one location and be able to track them in realtime from the website.

Sometimes it is annoying with the items you have to continue making new ones so not to edit the ones you already are using.

I saved a lot of time and money with ShippyPro. But most importantly I was able to provide my customers with the best quality service possible.

It is not possible to export more than 80 orders from Etsy, orders are exported in the wrong order.

Finally we discovered Shippypro and working with them has been a breeze. Although you can only contact their staff via chat their help is amazing.

Lots of errors in their software and API to the service providers.

Customer Service :( as no one is answering the query on time. The Internal Layout is quite confusing need some Improvement.

It saves hours and it integrates perfectly with couriers. I can work on the most important tasks now.

I don't like that they haven't updated their Drupal plugin to use with Drupal 8 / Drupal Commerce 2.
