I'm new to the system and I find it to be very user friendly. Additionally, every single person I've had the pleasure to meet and work with has been helpful and friendly.
You can not just clone a quesitons and drag the pictures over to it. One last point, they have never integrated an autosave feature, so you lose your work if then system shuts down.
Overall, the product is very helpful and I have a positive experience. The Reports feature is what I would like to see improvements in.

Navigating the software can get difficult. There needs to be drop boxes so that the navigator can navigate with ease.

Customer support is superb, customer success managers are experts on the compliance domain and are very responsive to queries or concerns.
There are no such downsides/dislikes of sprinto. However, sometime having some sync issue in the application.
