Competera vs SupplyPike: Which is a better fit?

The data preparation and overall quality is very good. The parameterization also works perfectly (e.g. coefficient for packaging units).

I miss the visualization of the future calculation of the margin forecast as a result of the changes made.

This is a great price monitoring tool, with amazing customer support. I work with Competera more than 3 years, and all this time I realy happy to work with tham.

Hard to figure out how to use, you need to go through a lot of filters.

I used to love learning about new Excel features. I was fascinated with formulas that would allow me to automate processes - so cool.

We can maintain MAP and timely react to violations right here and right now with Competera.

On top of everything else the Support and Customer Success management was perfect - they answered all our questions anytime we needed.

I have yet to encounter something I dislike about SupplyPike.

When they changed their dashboard, it was a little confusing, at first, to find the information I was looking for.

There were a few system errors I previously ran into which affect my reports, however, it got resolved quickly.
