Reporting features are confusing to use. I was told I could use any existing fields to customize reports, but it wasn't that straight forward when I went to go do it.
I love the personalization and customization options available that really help nonprofits connect with their donors. I also love how responsive the Virtuous team is to customer feedback.

Virtuous is a great partner - very open to new ideas for enhancements, very like-minded in doing something for the greater good and all about creating win-win situations.
It can be a little clunky if you need to sort based on a criteria that is not already available. It is still possible, but it can be tough to sort.

The customer service is excellent. The product is also under constant development, which means Givelify as a company is still growing and cares about the input of their customer base.
There is no selection for a church member to enter their church #number.
The best feature is it's ease of use and the many options you can select on setting up the frequency of your donations/offerings.
You are limited to the date ranges they offer.
