Workhub vs Watchtower: Which is a better fit?

The program has been great to use and the customer service is fantastic. It aligns perfectly with our online forms platform.

It seems most people are STILL bad at using online systems... because people get confused with the employee portal and find it hard to navigate.

Simple to set up and create customizable reports and tracking. This is great for any size company and is nice that you can have all of your safety information in one spot.

The new requirement for users needing an email address has also caused us some pain. We are a production facility where the majority of our employees do not have company email.

We have been using Safety Sync for several months now and it is great product-the customer service is excellent. Very happy with the program.

It can be difficult to complete the forms and upload them on their phones.

I love this program, I do not use it yet to the best of its abilities as I am still trying to get everyone on board with it.

There is no way we could go back to the old way of doing things after using this.

Watchtower is easy to use, the team is great to work with, and it is really helping us to gather good data that can be used for a variety of ways.

One con with the software is it is sometimes difficult to go back to a previous section. I often have to close the app and restart it completely if I forgot something/or clicked the wrong bottom.

The ability to complete off of a mobile device is also a great asset as it allows for users to report an event directly after it happens while all the details are still fresh in mind.

M only upset we didn’t find watchtower sooner.

I really like that it puts everything into one place. Documents I need for work as well as important information like alerts are easy to find.

It’s visually basic, but that makes no difference in its performance.

As someone who likes To do research and use data, I really like the ease of gathering that data and pulling out what I need.
