I love that it pulls all of our reviews into one easy to manage dashboard. I also like that it gives us a solid analytic resource for our gains and setbacks.
But the problem I just had took 2 hours of my day when with a short conversation, it would have been 20 minutes. This is maddening and definitely takes away from the experience.
What I love about it is the clean organized look, the email follow up, how easy it was to set up and of course that awesome customer support.
The support response time was awful. There was an issue with texts not going through on AT&T cell numbers, and their response was to either.
However, the customer support team has been amazing in their response time when I am in need of assistance. The ease of uploading a CSV file to the platform is astounding, as well.
There are many review management tools out there. Some lack in features, and others are just too expensive.
Web-based application with well-designed interface, great tool for team collaboration, great features for accountability and reporting, customer service team is friendly and responsive.
Rather expensive, especially if you have to factor in exchange rates. Support is limited to their head office location hours so not ideal for people in other world regions.

Before ReviewTrackers, we had a lot of in-house development for reviews and tracking the reviews, and it was very time consuming to develop it and keep it consistent with Google Reviews and other reviews and just have one source for all of our reviews. We chose ReviewTrackers because, before it took us so much time and effort, and ReviewTrackers just integrated with all of our systems, all of the different things that we were using, and looking at metrics for. For ReviewTrackers, it was pretty easy to get set up. There was some online documentation and we actually talked to a customer service rep who helped guide us through a lot of the integration. Even my boss was able to do a lot of the work himself and we were able to migrate everything else, and there was some good FAQs online that we could actually find.
