Yotpo helps more than 30,000 brands like Princess Polly, Rothy’s, Moroccanoil, and Steve Madden build stronger customer relationships that drive long-term retention.
I love that it pulls all of our reviews into one easy to manage dashboard. I also like that it gives us a solid analytic resource for our gains and setbacks.
But the problem I just had took 2 hours of my day when with a short conversation, it would have been 20 minutes. This is maddening and definitely takes away from the experience.
What I love about it is the clean organized look, the email follow up, how easy it was to set up and of course that awesome customer support.
The support response time was awful. There was an issue with texts not going through on AT&T cell numbers, and their response was to either.
However, the customer support team has been amazing in their response time when I am in need of assistance. The ease of uploading a CSV file to the platform is astounding, as well.
There are many review management tools out there. Some lack in features, and others are just too expensive.
Web-based application with well-designed interface, great tool for team collaboration, great features for accountability and reporting, customer service team is friendly and responsive.
Rather expensive, especially if you have to factor in exchange rates. Support is limited to their head office location hours so not ideal for people in other world regions.
I really liked how easy this was to integrate into our site and it had great functionalities. Plus it looked nice on the product pages.
When this happens, we get a lot of angry e-mails from customers asking what we are doing and telling us how incompetent we are.
I love that it makes it easy to keep good relationships with our customers. Yotpo helps keep us on top of our customer's minds.
When I manually upload, some photos with a portrait ratio end up looking skewed and distorted. There's no software solution for this, so I've had to just resize images on my own to avoid it.
We have been able to really get a good pulse on how our customers feel about our products. It also helps us make sure that our customers are happy with their experience.
There is no way to see what questions your colleagues are working with, and no way to make notes on a question or review.
Great customer service team from the sales call all the way to implementation. Very powerful platform with a lot of great features.
YOTPO can be a little bit intimidating to dive into, but with a bit of effort you will be off and running.
Julie W: Hi, my name is Julie. I'm a project coordinator in the digital marketing industry, and I give Grade.us a four out of five stars. So when we were looking at different review marketing softwares, we were really trying to come up with a great system that would be as automated as possible to help our clients gain more positive reviews online. And when we were considering different tools, we also considered BirdEye and ended up choosing Grade.us instead. There were really three main reasons why we chose Grade.us instead of BirdEye or the other competitors. The price was right, especially as we added more and more accounts, more and more clients to our account. The features and functions were exactly what we needed them to be, and it was also very user-friendly and very easy to use and to upload lists of clients to send review requests to. When we first started using Grade.us, it was very easy to get started. Their support team is great and they helped with all the questions that we had along the way. Really though, it's designed to be very user-friendly. So it wasn't too much of a learning curve. A little bit of having to look around for a few different features that we needed or having to go to different screens, but once we got the hang of it, it was super easy. If you are looking for a great review marketing software, I highly recommend Grade.us. And if you're shopping around, whether you are a digital marketer who's helping your clients to get more reviews or whether you're a business owner who wants to get more great reviews yourself, just some things to keep in mind are, think about all the functions that you're going to need. Think about how the process is going to work from start to finish. How are you going to get that customer information so that you can send request to them to leave a review? Really think through the whole process and the whole system and make sure that you're choosing a software that has everything that you're going to need.
Stephanie S.: Hi, I'm Stephanie. I'm the owner of healed-ish, and I give Yotpo a 4 out of 5. Before I used Yotpo, I tried Judge.me, and the functionality was okay. I kind of took an opportunity to test them both. I think Judge.me had a 30-day free trial or something like that. And so when that was over, I tried Yotpo, and I just liked the integration with Yotpo better. I liked the customization that I was able to use at the time. When I first integrated it, I wanted to get a carousel of reviews on my website and they were able to do that. The customer service actually worked with me a little bit to get it to sit on my website where I wanted it to, so I just really appreciated the extra effort that they put into customer satisfaction. Getting started was really simple. I actually have Yotpo integrated on my Shopify store, so once I downloaded the app into my store, I was able to communicate with Yotpo's customer service team if I had any questions. But, yeah, it was really simple to set up, kind of plug-and-play-type thing to get the things that I knew about that I wanted. And then like I said, there was some additional... I wouldn't call it quite customization, but there was some additional assistance that they gave me so that the reviews sat on my website without dead space at the top and the bottom so that it just looked nicer on the site, and they were able to tweak that for me. That was something they had to do on the back end rather than something I was able to do myself. I'd say with all of the things that you have to manage with a store, having platforms that are easy to work with is really a plus. So that's one of the reasons that I really recommend Yotpo. We have as... I'm a solopreneur, so there are a million things that we have to do at once, and you want the systems that you use to be as simple but functional as possible, and I definitely think that Yotpo is both of those things.
