Whether you sell online or in store, Square for Retail can work for your retail business no matter your size or style.
The best thing I love about Runit is their human touch. So many other companies I have had to deal with either have too much of a process just to get to a person to help or unattainable.
I ran into a driver problem with one of my printers and I had been staring at the same problem for far too long at a very late hour. I was distressed to say the least.
Best part has to be reports, being able to know what item is selling the best, and when I need to replenish. The training department was excellent and helpful.
Worst mistake of my life. I spent $20,000 on purchasing the equipment, set-up, installation, training, tech-support and the like.
It's the best retail management for growing retailers. It's great for small and big stores.
I did not believe that anyone would be there but I called anyway and after only a few rings I hung up in defeat. It was only after a few moments that my phone rang.
Add to that, the customer support that's provided is outstanding in every regard. It's fast, courteous, friendly and accurate.
I hold many pop up events for my shop and the square is fantastic for this. Adding inventory and processing payments is fantastic.
I try Squareup.com and it takes me to my Weebly dashboard. Very confusing and frustrating.
I've been using Square for my small business for 2+ years now and have had really good success with this software. I use it daily and am very happy with it.
Probably not at fault of the application, but sometimes would have to reconnect or close/reopen if internet connection was lagging. This could have led to customer upset in speedy checkout.
Square for Retail is super easy to use and set up but surprisingly robust and packed with features. You have almost everything you need to seamlessly manage your business.
Their fees are insane, and they will close accounts without warning.
I love Square and have had a great overall experience with them. Customer service is great and there's TONS of online help if you need helping finding something or directions.
It requires internet connection, so it cannot be used is there is poor or no network/wifi or you cannot hotspot. Fees can sometimes be pricey on the business.
Thomas: Hi, I'm Thomas. I'm a video producer and as far as Square goes, I would give it at five out of Five. It has been really great for us. And if you want to hear more reviews like this, just click below. Well, to be honest, we really didn't consider anything else. At the time, there just really wasn't much of an option, square was it. The reason we needed to use something like Square, why we chose Square, was because we were in a rural area at the time and we had a small business that had a number of different products that we had to quickly get through the sales process of get loaded into people's trucks and get gone. The fact that we could work remotely, we could be out in the rural area where we lived, and it was very fast and easy for people just to drive in, swipe the card, get the products, load them up and get them out, was great. We didn't have to go to a cash register, we didn't have to do anything complicated. We didn't have to mess with our computers. We could just plug the little reader into the phone, pass the card through, and it worked great. Getting started with Square was super easy. It really was just a matter of loading the app, following the prompts, plugging in the little card reader, and essentially you were ready to go once you set it up with your bank or your credit card or however you were going to use it. It probably took 10 minutes to get the whole thing set up from start to finish, and it was very easy. If you are considering using Square for business, given our experience since we really were out in the middle of nowhere and we needed something out there, if you are in a similar situation where you're going to be in a rural area or just a spot where you're not quite sure what your internet connection is going to be like, maybe go out and test to see that you have a decent internet connection. Because there were a few times where we would be in areas where the connection was spotty enough that it became a little bit problematic here and there. Usually, you'd have to swipe a card two or three times and it would go through in the bad areas, but it wasn't very often. But that's just one thing I would recommend is just, if you know where you're going to be, check and make sure that your internet connection is pretty good. Other than that, it was so easy to use.
