N-central vs Pandora FMS: Which is a better fit?

It's a good product once you get through the learning curve. The product admins are eager to make the product more effective and efficient at helping you manage your client's networks.

Support has been very hit or miss and lately they have fallen into the "Miss" category. We had an issue where monitored services of a device were disappearing.

NCentral's features and automation capabilities are awesome, also the price is a really good deal.

They are asking me to buy Licence’s and I have refused. We are social distancing and this has made it stressful for myself and my customers.

The patch management feature is far superior compared to any other platform I have used. They are partnered with BitDefender offering an integrated AV solution providing a true complete RMM solution.

This isn't because of a lack of knowledge from technicians, just difficult to reach them.

The worst thing about Pandora it's the lack of some basic functionalities like other products offer like correlation of metrics and the horrible UX.

For Debian/Ubuntu maybe a little tricky; the configuration interface maybe hard at glance because is for general purpose along all the program.

It's like "bring your own monitoring service", you set it up and you use it. So it only depends on you and that it's great if you know what you are doing and you want to personalize everything.

It's difficult to teach new people how to use and overlook the platform.
