The possibility to make a story map, is a novel tool, easy to use in some aspects, integration with tools like Jira is simple and easy to use. The view of 2 and 3 levels seems like a good idea.
I miss some shortcuts for instance to zoom in and out faster.
I really like the way it allows us to collaborate on stories, releases, and epics. Integrating with Jira is a very nice feature that is better and better with new releases.
There are not many keyboard shortcuts. Deleting a card is bit painful as it is a 2 step process.
I love how easy and intuitive story mapping is and how great it is for planning MVPs and Development Phases and sharing it with the team.
There is no way to move multiple cards at once with a ctrl+click or shift+click.
Very satisfied with this tool, hope to continue being an enthusiastic user.
User management is a bit tough. Even as an admin, adding yourself to an existing board makes it necessary to go find a different user management area, which is always strange.
Overall, I really love using Fibery and so glad that I discovered it. The community is very helpful (excellent for an architect with no clue how to script anything).
There are a few features that are missing that might make it so that it does not work for your system. Permissions are light - Locking down individual fields with permissions does not exist.
The team is very responsive. The service is very robust, stable and intuitive, and they are constantly improving their feature set.
It is difficult for us to find weaknesses, for our use cases (startup and software management).
I enjoy using Fibery in my everyday work and constantly recommend it to others. Great software with even more opportunities to grow.
If so, blueprints are still missing to have a guided pipeline for users.
I appreciate the simplicity of the platform, which allows them to focus on their work and navigate between different views and entities effortlessly.
Lack of Customized PDF(report) generation; visual, dragdrop.
