You no longer get multiple calls from clients asking what they should and shouldn't fill out online. You also don't need to give detailed needs lists.
The customer contact and follow up are awesome. The ability to track the receipt of documents and interface with other systems like docusign is a game changer for our team.
Making changes to needed documents after flow is created is a bit difficult to find. Also stopping the auto reminders is hard to find too.

Raymond: Hi, my name is Raymond. I am an IT manager at a mortgage broker shop. We currently have roughly around 20, 25 employees and over 200 contractors. I would give Floify a 4/5. Before Floify, we had a very basic POS, and Floify just made it so much easier for the borrower to upload all the required documents to us. We chose Floify for the customer satisfaction of their user interface, and also the ease of having them upload their documents and not just only that, it actually also converts JPEG so when they take a photo of their document, it converts it over to A PDF, which is really nice touch. Floify was a little bit challenging to set up. It actually required a lot of training for our staff members, but I remember the integration into our LOS, our loan origination system, was pretty seamless. That was pretty fast, but the training piece I think was by far the most painful just because it's very user-friendly for the borrower, but on the backend system administrator or the user, it's a little bit more difficult. I would recommend Floify for anybody who does their loan docs already in the system, but Floify takes it to a whole nother level and making sure that you obtain what you need from your borrower. With nudges and different notifications, it really goes a long way of making sure that you have everything that you need to close the deal.
