It was then we were told Chris Rios made a mistake and that cleaning fees and any add ons could not be charged automatically with innquest and would have to be manual payments.
It has its own booking engine, iQ-WebBook, which is very easy to use and helps increase direct bookings. AddOns are automatically entered in the client's reservation, which is wonderful.

SQL reporting difficult to create. Some programs/add ons are 'prgrammer based' meaning difficult for a nonprogramer to implement.
