Property Matrix vs RAY: Which is a better fit?

Property Matrix has all the bells and whistles that we wanted, while still being affordable and easy to operate. Their customer service/support team is outstanding.

The app does not work at all, so our maintenance staff has been unable to implement. The accounting features are not what we hoped for in regards to CAM functionality.

The technical support is fantastic- one on one coaching calls through learning the features, as well as a wonderful chat option that allows me to multitask and stay available via phone to my tenants.

The messaging feature has caused us miscommunication with our tenants and comes across unprofessional so we abandoned trying to use it. Messages will not bounce back if an incorrect address is used.

The Customer Support,(is excellent, very nice and helpful. Cost of program is great value.

The only small critique I have is that the custom background themes are a little difficult to read.

Software has great features and flexibility. Customer support has been fantastic.

The maintenance app simply does not work. I cannot run a maintenance report, or, if I can, it is not easy to figure out how to do it.

Ray is very awesome software and it did really help us in terms of connecting the tenants with the Management, Reception, Maintenance and other teams.

Lack of availability to have multiple-sites under one brand name. From my understanding, they are currently working on this feature.

Have been using Ray app as part of my offerings at Vives Compound, and it is very user friendly and the support team keeps improving the app and add useful features.

From the end user side, in the facility booking section the unit number is missing.

It makes all of our services and shared spaces accessible to anyone at any time and helps us promote and sell addtional services.

It offered a full mobile app solution to our tenants and staff, with lots of useful features to help automate and organize our operations in a modern way.
