Skai works with brands and agencies looking to scale and connect their advertising across walled garden media including Google, Meta, Amazon, Snap, TikTok, Microsoft, Walmart Connect, and many more.
Google Ads tool designed for PPC managers in digital marketing agencies, Google Ads freelancers and in-house SEM managers with performance metrics, scorecards, campaign segments and more.
We appreciate that our suggestions have been taken into consideration as the Skai teams continues developing their roadmap of opportunities to improve the product.
It can be a pain to continuously sync and for the software to break during the syncing. You have to dig in and debug the problems.
Wonderful - the team we have is awesome and super helpful implementing things and answering questions.
Occasional down time and crashes. Inability to access platform during these times.
I love that I have all of my campaigns in one place within Kenshoo between Google, Bing etc. The bulk updates are super easy and quick to implement so there is not a lot of down time between updates.
All the new terms and names are somewhat confusing, especially for those of us that use different paid platforms.
Been a Kenshoo customer for 7+ years. Have always had great success and a very competent service team.
It was somewhat difficult to set up. Not everyone would be able to do this on their own.
We have achieved a great increase in the performance of the accounts, with a good reduction of the CPA due to its excellent selection of keywords.
Suggestions occur for a variety of topics such as exact match keyword suggestions, negative keywords, bid adjustments, pausing poorly performing ads, placement exclusions and many more.
The improvement areas are well composed, which means it's easy to get an overview of whether or not it's the right decision. It's super user friendly, and keeps good track of my budget/spend.
The CPI (conversion per impression) model is still something I need to be sold on. The negative keyword addition functionality is limited.
This is a great product overall. We've had amazing responsiveness and readiness from the Opteo team to adapt to our needs which is huge for us as we grow.
The lack of of exporting reports for clients - but I asked the team and guess what it's coming.
I must mention their support, which is awesome - one of the best I've ever worked with. Also, the in-app documentation is great.
The only downside is that you have to upgrade to an enterprise account to get downloadable reporting. I think white label reporting should come standard with every account (you'd get more users).
Dima: Hi, my name's Dima. My job title is director. My rating for Opteo out of five stars is five. And for more reviews like this, click below. Prior to using Opteo, obviously it's an AdWords management tool. So for a very long time was just managing AdWords directly through the AdWords interface. But eventually, we tried WordStream, which is a very expensive tool. And I found that it was very beneficial for around about two, three months where it spit out a ton of good negative keyword suggestions, but it cost a small fortune. And apart from good negative keyword suggestions, it did very little. After WordStream, I was still looking for a tool that was going to help us with managing all our clients AdWords accounts and gave Opteo a go and immediately fell in love with, firstly, the variety of suggestions it gives because it doesn't just recommend negative keywords. It recommends all sorts of different changes in your AdWords account. And I loved the variety of changes it was recommending compared to WordStream, but I also absolutely loved the ease of use, and the user interface, and the price point as well, which was very reasonable. Getting started with Opteo was probably one of the smoothest onboarding processes with a new software that I've ever seen. Connecting the AdWords accounts was ridiculously simple and... Yeah. The way the suggestions work is fantastic as well. I really mean what I say. We used probably 30 different software tools or somewhere in that region for our agency. And out of all of them, I think Opteo is definitely like maybe the top one, definitely top two, in terms of ease of onboarding. Give it a go, frankly. I really couldn't recommend the tool highly enough. At that price point, it's incredible. Obviously, we still do a ton within the AdWords interface. It's not going to replace using the AdWords editor, but it supplements it brilliantly and it gives us a shortcut to finding some really good changes to implement in the AdWords accounts. That would be a lot tougher to dig for without a tool like Opteo. So yeah, it's absolutely fantastic. If you're considering it, give it a go. I don't think you'll be disappointed.
