James S.: Hi. I'm James. I'm the owner of a trailer rental business and we use Booqable and I would give it five out of five stars. Prior to Booqable, I was using a software that many other trailer rental businesses use. This software works for a lot of people, but unfortunately didn't offer a lot of the nice things that Booqable does offer, like automated booking, the ability to integrate payment systems and we really enjoy using Booqable for our trailer rental software. We chose Booqable for a couple of reasons. One is Booqable is very affordable. So it has several different plan options. So that was super helpful for us in terms of right sizing our business against Booqable's service offerings. Another great thing about Booqable is the fact that you are able to create your own website. It has a lot of customizability. It's great for somebody like us who we're not looking to get super deep into website creation. Booqable makes it super easy. If you've got any questions about how to do anything at all, customer service is right there, available 24/7 and they're super responsive and always looking to solve your problem rather than send you to a tech article or some sort of supplemental material. Lastly, we really like Booqable because it helps us stay organized. It helps us collect payments on trailer rentals and furthermore, it's a useful tool for invoicing, payments, authorizations, everything. So it's a one-stop shop, not a lot involved in terms of learning curve. So we really enjoy using it. So getting started with Booqable was a super simple process. Just to kind of highlight a few things, one of them is it's super easy to get signed up. Once you get signed up, there's a step-by-step checklist on the front page of what you need to do to get set up. That was super helpful for us because we were able to walk through the steps, get connected to our payment systems, get connected to our website or domain name, etc. It was very easy and if you have any questions along the way, you had a customer service representative there right alongside you, ready to help. Another thing that's great about Booqable is if you weren't able to get in touch with somebody, there are tons of supplemental articles, videos, etc that can help you to and walk you through what you're trying to accomplish. So really helpful and useful. So what would I say to somebody who's looking to switch to Booqable? I would say go ahead and do it now rather than later because I wish that I had started with them. I spent a considerable amount of time working with a previous supplier and the relationship did not go very well. They weren't providing good customer service. Their pricing was more expensive and their website and software was just very difficult to use. Booqable was a game changer. Wish I had started off with it and you won't regret switching to Booqable.
Willem: Hi, my name's Willem and I'm a video producer and I would rate Rentman a five out of five. For more reviews like this, click down below. Before using Rentman, we'd been using spreadsheets. We'd tried another software called Easy Rent Out. And the difficulty we kept running into was just the robustness and the amount of features that it was able to offer. The scheduling that Rentman offers is second to none. And it was built by people that understood the rental market and the equipment management. And you know how sometimes the system, there's a workaround for everything within the system, if you need to do something last minute. And there's several different ways to accomplish the same task. So whatever method fits your boat, they've got one for it. The reasons we chose Rentman was that we were able to customize a lot of our documentation that we sent out to our clients. We were able to write our own verbiage, include our own hyperlinks. That just made it so that it was a little more personal when we would send communication back and forth. It also allowed us to use better check in, checkout systems and to maintain assets, update, to make changes to inventory and keep track of things a lot better. So when we were getting started, like all new softwares, it took a little bit of getting used to with Rentman, but their support is really top notch. They're really quick to respond and they come out with updates pretty frequently if you ever run into bugs or have questions or issues. And they've got a pretty extensive video training series that really got our team up and going. If you're considering Rentman, give it a trial. Call them up, have them walk you through how the software works, how to implement it with your business and give it a go. Try all the different features, dive into the different settings. And if there's something that you don't quite know, just let them know, and they can either point you to how to do it or work on getting that system implemented into the new catalog of features.
