Onspring vs Contractbook: Which is a better fit?

All go-lives have been successful and we continue to mature and grow these processes to add in more automation and benefits to the teams utilizing Onspring.

Because Onspring can be rolled out initially as a blank slate, it was hard for me to wrap my head around what I was buying.

The education and support from the OnSpring team is outstanding. They are truly partnered in understanding your problem and helping you build a solution to meet it.

Considering our organization was not previously utilizing a GRC platform, OnSpring has significantly matured our Risk Management program.

My team loves the platform, the ease of use, and the capabilities. We are looking forward to see how we can do more.

At times some features seem to lack maturity in terms of what enhancements I expect to see, but these enhancements often come in later releases.

We are very happy with it, and we know we can expand on this to include more when we are ready.

Feature releases are done roughly quarterly, which means there is a significant delay between when feature need is realized and when it's delivered.

Its a great platform and they provide superb support. As they continue to develop functions and improve the UI/ UX this will be one of the best platforms out there.

So if i had to point out a pain point it would be the lack of Single Sign on.

Ease of use: This product is easy to navigate within and super optimized for the user. If answers needed for the use, the chat support is always responding quickly and with a smile.

I was a bit confused at the start in regard of how to actually do the templates.

We love how user friendly it is, how easy it is to customize our contracts to every need, how easy it is to sign and how easy it is to keep order in the contracts through the use of folders.

Sometimes it is difficult to find some buttons and features. It is a minor thing but still frustrates me sometimes.

I like the template option, that makes it super easy to keep the same standard across all of our contracts. I also like how easy it is to share it with our customers and new employees.

Plenty of companies still require a physical signature and here contractbook is missing out in terms of just storing the contracts.
