Considering our organization was not previously utilizing a GRC platform, OnSpring has significantly matured our Risk Management program.
My team loves the platform, the ease of use, and the capabilities. We are looking forward to see how we can do more.
At times some features seem to lack maturity in terms of what enhancements I expect to see, but these enhancements often come in later releases.
We are very happy with it, and we know we can expand on this to include more when we are ready.
Feature releases are done roughly quarterly, which means there is a significant delay between when feature need is realized and when it's delivered.
The customer support function and abilities are superb. Calls are answered within hours.
It does not include a archive function for closed risks. It is important to also have a overview of risks that is sorted/mitigated during and not at least in the end of a year.
The overall experience with GOAT is one which is positive. It is a system that will help drive a stronger more embedded risk culture and help people manage their risks effectively.
Not being able to add our our titles to custom reports was disappointing, however I can completely understand the limitations following a chat with [SENSITIVE CONTENT.

The setup was painless and the ease of use in general is very good.
