I've found it to be an intuitive and reliable platform that makes really easier our schedule, clients comunication, reminders, gift card, and more

Pros

What i like more about square appointments so far is how simple and organize it makes the entire booking experience, both for the business and our clients. I really loves that my clients can book easily online, receive reminders while our team can manage their schedules, clients history and all this in one place

Cons

I really like it so much to say I have cons, but is hard for me to have a presentable booking link on instagram, i always ended w/ two differents like lnks, i dont know why. Also I would say is when having larger teams, customization options can be limites with the schedule, i would love the will continue improveving new features every day

Square is easy to use and very fluid with its design. It was easy to see my appointments and add new patients.

Pros

It was easy to see and track all of my appointments. Patients get notifications and reminders of appointments and the software was easy to use.

Cons

There were occasional issues with the website version so I would always need to double check appointments were up to date using the phone app.

Me and my wife had a really good experience with the square appointments would highly recommend it to anybody

Pros

My favorite thing about the software was the scheduling an appointment management. The task and project management was super helpful. Really easy the security was top the value for this software as well worth it!

Cons

It had a few bugs and issues to work took me a minute to figure out how everything worked once the way, the calendar set up‘s, but all around it was a super helpful tool

I rave about Square to anyone needing to find a great booking system. It really is an all in one - including the option to send out emails to clients who subscribe to that option. I will never use another system for my business!

Pros

Square makes my business run so smoothly. Clients use the online booking with no issues, including the rescheduling option. This saves me so much time! The appointment reminder texts/emails are also a huge plus to prevent no shows.

Cons

There is nothing that I don’t like with Square. They have clearly put a lot into this app and have made it very user friendly for all different users.

I like the concept of the square appointments app, and i love all the features, but i work hard for my money, so i just stopped using it.

Pros

Its easy to like the wide range of features, tools and options that you get with the square appointments app.

Cons

After a period of time using square appointments, i realized that the costs involved when using it on a regular basis, weren't easy to manage.

Overall, once I find the link, my experience is good with booking appointments for my stylist and seeing availability

The ability to book my personal appointments with my hairstylist online and use their feature to see the appointments

Maybe I’m missing it, but I can’t seem to find an app and I feel like I have to look for the appointment link each time to book the appointment

Pros

Most businesses opt to not hire a secretary or receptionist. Square appointments fills exactly that position and still gives the owner/team ways to coordinate and manage the flow of their appointments.

Cons

I do not have cons to report at this time for Square Appointments. Only down side would be a slight learning curve for new users, which is very minimal and to be anticipated with any new product.

My overall experience with square started off being great. I love the reminder and notification of clients, the calendar was easy to use, and the security was awesome to keep away spam.

Pros

the scheduling and appointment management is what I liked about using square. How easy it is to send invoices to customers for payments.

Cons

I least liked the bugs and issues with square and how the prices went up. It became a problem with using the app after the free trial.
