StarShipItT has consistently been unreliable during the late-afternoon crunch of shipping. Write-backs take over 30 minutes, servers crash.

Sometimes the orders take a long time to load, but this might be a problem of over charging the system with loads of orders (not sure).

The ease of use of this platform is remarkable. We love using the presets for our more consistent shipment types.
The date search feature is cumbersome. Lost international shipments means USPS denies all claims for lost/misdirected USPS shipments.
Loved the ease of use, ability to save contacts for quick shipments, line of credit options and prompt shipping notifications.
Billing is also a pain as we have to auto deduct periodically from our bank account and can't pay with a cc.
SendPro's customer service is great. Every time I have an issue they are able to help me resolve it quickly and pleasantly.
The product used to work; Now is failing my company.
Very clean interface, easy to use, easy to educate users. Tracking has high visibility, good capabilities to create presets for frequently shipped items.

We have roughly 2,000 students and 400 staff, and I give Pitney a four out of five stars. We use PitneyShip for all of our day-to-day shipping needs at the university level and to the public. We also use PitneyShip to compare rates, and we use it for all of our inbound shipments and everything involving our students. I like that PitneyShip has a integrated user interface so we can use it for everything. Everything connects as far as returns, as far as shipping, as far as me being able to track everything. And also, I love the fact that we can do notifications to everybody on campus. I would love for it to have a more robust interface as far as using outside vendors. It struggles a little bit with that. And I also would like to see it increase its efficiency as far as loading time.
