Very nice dashboard with comprehensive reporting. Feature-rich software with great support and smooth onboarding.
Overall I'm very frustrated but at the same time I get that they are a new company and probably have limited resources.
For who is like me that has just started and need a simple and free solution to start it's perfect. I also found out that there is a platform that allows you to connect with affiliate marketers.
My frustration is borne out of the simple things I want to get done and get started but am falling at the first hurdle.
Other than that keep up the good work, with dedication and a good customer feedback loop this will go very very far.
Limited customization options in some reports.
As a smaller e-commerce owner I also appreciate the great pricing and excellent customer service always ready to answer all my questions.
Small issue that, there is no mobile app for tracking.
Josh has been amazing helping me on board my first campaign. The performance on this effort has yet to be seen since I just launched, but it seems promising.
Features such as limited custom fields, awkward formatting, lacking conversion script instructions, etc made the set up process frustrating.
The software is easy to use and we like the ability to generate reports within the Admin dashboard. It is very reliable for our users.
Choosing text size is a real pain since there is no way to know exactly what size you are choosing.
Our representative is very attentive and available to meet and help out however she can. She's done an amazing job of making me feel confident with the software and the program overall.
Supposed to make your life easier, but it’s conplicated and frustrating. Plus it doesn’t even look professional.
Our account manager was amazing and greatly helped with onboarding / customization. He was available and responsive to all our questions.
There's glitches and broken functionality everywhere.
