Cadmium vs ExhibitDay: Which is a better fit?

Over the years, Cadmium has been excellent about listening to our needs and making tweaks/enhancements based on our needs. We have been very happy working with Cadmium.

Scaling back to a higher level, I still don't see much purpose of the "points" system on my dashboard. Lastly, to be blunt, I hate the mascot.

Every stakeholder has only positive feedback. The CadmiumCD team is easy to work with and responsive but even better - they are open to suggestions for improvement.

The list of reports/worksheets on the back end isn't often cleaned up and it can be hard to sift through it all to find what you are looking for.

The interface is beautiful, the system is easy to use, and the customer service is the best I have ever received.

The names of the different segments of the product are sometimes hard to follow without training.

They are always taking suggestions for improvements and really listen to your needs. It has been a wonderful experience partnering with them and as a bonus we have saved time and money.

Without overall training the system is very difficult to use.

ExhibitDay is a great tool for anyone that is exhibits at tradeshows. The platform helps with organization, attendee management, and asset management.

There does not seem to be any customer support, and no way to search on answers to questions or problems.

They give you free access to the software to use prior to purchasing it. The cost is fantastic and has great security software protocols.

Love the ability to customize the fields so we can easily see the most important info at a glance. Great for keeping us organized so we don't miss little details on big events.

I was hesitant at first because I didn't think it would have all of the features, I thought I needed, but boy was I wrong. It has all the features I need, plus some.

The ease of this product and what it can do amazes me especially with the cost. So far, I have found it to be everything I need still early in the game of using it, but so far it's been great.

It has taken the stress out of managing trade shows.
