Over the years, Cadmium has been excellent about listening to our needs and making tweaks/enhancements based on our needs. We have been very happy working with Cadmium.
Scaling back to a higher level, I still don't see much purpose of the "points" system on my dashboard. Lastly, to be blunt, I hate the mascot.
Every stakeholder has only positive feedback. The CadmiumCD team is easy to work with and responsive but even better - they are open to suggestions for improvement.
The list of reports/worksheets on the back end isn't often cleaned up and it can be hard to sift through it all to find what you are looking for.
The interface is beautiful, the system is easy to use, and the customer service is the best I have ever received.
The names of the different segments of the product are sometimes hard to follow without training.

I don't know the firt thing about golf tournaments and GolfStatus makes it possible to run a successful event. The website is super user friendly and literally does it all for you.
The only complaint was by the golfers during the tournament. The mobile app screen where they enter the scores.
I love the ability to look at payout reports. The options of how to view and download the data is great.
With the background being black and the enter box being dark green, made it hard to see where to enter the score. This had to be explained to each golfer that was keeping the score.
I have to say that customer support is the best thing about GS. They really care about our events and whether or not we are successful.
