I enjoy the ability to integrate with SSO and the ability to build out a variety of curricula depending on the job title. It's nice to also have the ability to upload content in several formats.
They might intend only to "review the completed course" but they can hit the wrong button and disrupt their own accounts by accident.
Spoke has been a wonderful company to work with from vetting to current implementation. Their staff is friendly and always willing to work out any solution to any problem or suggestions we may have.
We were not trained on how to fix passwords and login problems at the outset, but now we know how to use that option.

I liked the simplicity of the tool. I have used the basic FREE version of the software and I was pretty amazed with the possibilities.
Every time i add a quiz i get a fatal error and it shuts down - very frustrating and despite dealing with your support teams I still havent come right.
Its nice that the Learner dashboard can be customized and it lets learners track progress, and deadlines. It works well on all browsers and the learner experience is good.
Missing assessments for feedback to me as to what students struggle with. I see that that can be integrated but I don’t know how to integrate it.
I love the ease of use and intuitive design of Adobe Products. There is obviously a lot of thought that goes into the platforms and that REAL users are helping with design and functionality.
I was told by the CSR that no one else had ever had difficulty using the platform. I felt embarrassed and frustrated and he actually asked if I was having a bad day (which I wasn't until our call).
You can gather analytics, it is very helpful. There are amazing tutorials which are very helpful to learn.
If any data is missing or something seems wrong, delete all the fields and you have to start filling out the entire form again.

We use Adobe Captivate Prime to bring on some of our new employees and give them training tools and materials. We have different presentations and things that we kind of distribute through Adobe Captivate. It's kind of like a one, two software for us. We use it for a couple different things. What I really like about Adobe Captivate Prime is that it's easy to use. The user interface is pretty straightforward. Coming from an HR team or somebody that's an administrator, it's easy to roll out and ultimately, all of the troubleshooting and kind of the changes that might occur on the software are easy to navigate. Something that I would change about Adobe Activate Prime is its initial login procedures. Sometimes, we have issues with logging in. We have other people that have issues with logging in. I think this just has to do with general interface and the way that people are given their passwords and their login info. So it's not necessarily a issue with the program, but I wish it was easier to log in, generally.
