I also like the ability to give granular admin access to front line IT support. Ability to set up workflows is fantastic.
The lack of a search in your workflows can be painful. If you have over 50 - 100 workflows, scrolling through each page (that are sorted alphabetically) can be a bit time consuming.
It love how it syncs so quickly with GSuite (typically changes happen within 10-15 seconds instead of 30 minutes with MS.) It does provide a few extra features as well over GS like delegation.
This company has charged my credit card twice - the 2nd time was after I disputed the charge with American Express. I am now disputing the charge for a second time.

Hell, my cheaper subscription services have cancellation components built into their apps, why can't this one.
I enjoy Bettercloud's ease of use and low barrier to entry. You can started with a handful of useful workflows almost immediately, and without much training.
Tanya writes back and tells me it is too late to cancel. I am still trying to cancel this account even after submitting a written request to cancel BEFORE the auto-renewal.

The organisational chart and email signature management are super easy and have nice templates which you can quickly use to get underway.
I found the policies a bit difficult to get my head around.
We were primarily interested in Patronum for its excellent integration with Google and the signature manager.
I cannot think of any criticisms for Patronum.
