This software is great for tracking sales opportunities, and was surprisingly easy to navigate. I was able to quickly make edits which saved me a lot of time.
Some pages seem to still be in development and sometimes provide an error, but usually the app sorts itself out.
Navigation is very intuitive and UI is very nice. The functionalities are quite comprehensive, customization are easy to do.
The importing process is a bit too long for my taste if you encounter any errors along the process.
Compared to any other product in the market this product is much more stable and scale-able and sustainable over other product. Architecturally this product is much more robust than any other product.
My problems are with using it. It makes every thing much too complicated.

Frustrating user interface and user experience. Have some colleagues who use it for forms, and when I get one of their forms it is frustrating and reflects poorly on the sender.
I have had an amazing experience using this software. So much so, that I recommend this CRM to all my business development clients when starting their companies.
Limitation of integration, and their support is very bad and give you stupid solutions.

Zoho is a pretty good CRM for first timers if you haven't used some of the other CRM's there are out there so that is good.
The programming language for the custom functions. Also the Document merge function, lack of fonts, merging wrong characters sometime.

Prior to using Zoho CRM, I've tried a number of different CRM platforms, and Mindbody Online is an example and a couple of other ones. And I found that Zoho CRM, although the other platforms have ... Some are more specific for specific industries. Having tested a number of them, I just find that I like the integration and the versatility of Zoho CRM a lot better. The number one reason that I decided to try Zoho CRM was because I was already using Zoho Meetings and I liked the idea that I can integrate my calendar and my booking system and have it directly linked to my meetings platform that I was already using. Zoho CRM was a little bit challenging at first. It does take a little bit of time to find your way around the platform, but once I was familiar with it, it was actually really easy to get the hang of and get into using it. I would recommend that anybody wanting to use Zoho CRM take some time just to look at all the other integrations that you're already using and wanting to use and actually consider combining your accounts into the Zoho platform because I did find that if you had platforms like MailChimp, for example, that was separate, it actually ... Even though you can make it work, it actually is just easier if you keep everything in the Zoho family, which I would recommend.
