Some years ago I tried several time loggers and I choose this is one for being very easy to learn. I'ts very friendly and the reports are amazing.
But I do torture my browser quite a bit and I can't be sure that the problem is not on my end.
I love the simplicity to use it, we can customize with colors and graphically it is pleasant and practical to use it every day.
My only criticism would be to run reports from 2 dates rather than the monthly/12 monthly cycles.
I love the reports, and I love the at-a-glance visualizations on the dashboard for how I've spent my time over the last 7 days, or whatever other time interval I might be interested in.
No way to group entries by a project in the dashboard.
What I most like of Timeneye is its ease of use. This software do what I really need: track billable hours and generate great reports about the time spent by client and by project.
Tried with multiple users, i was really missing a full-team overview, where all the memebers efforts are visible at the same time. Mobile app is limited, but works.
ClockShark also provides excellent customer support, with responsive and helpful representatives available to assist with any questions or issues.
If a manager wants to put a sick day in for an employee, they have to go through multiple steps instead of clicking on the day and putting down the sick time. The GPS function can be disabled by user.
Experience has been great. The staff has been more than helpful and always there to answer questions or help correct the issue if there is one, which has been rarely.
Implementation of sending others to job sites alone and having a program to upload information in little to no time at all.
My experience with ClockShark has been great. It's user friendly and helps me to track my employees in real time.
Can't think of anything right now, my company had switched to T Sheets hated it.
I have been not only impressed with the ease of implementation but also the adaptability for my employees to gain the trust they need in working the app.
Cant adjust pay rate between tasks // keeps showing us the wrong time zone , we are eastern and i believe it puts us in as central or western.

I reviewed different softwares before choosing ClockShark, but we hadn't been using any tracking software prior to that. We ended up using ClockShark for the ease of importing into QuickBooks Desktop because that is what the majority of our clients are currently on, and the ease of use for the end users, the employees that we're going to be using the software. Everything as far as integrations and onboarding with ClockShark has been very simple. Their support team has been wonderful in any issues I've had with any kind of integration with help. If you're considering ClockShark, I would highly recommend the software. I have been more than happy. I know costwise it might be a little more expensive than some of the other softwares out there, but the customer support is absolutely topnotch. I had an incident today where I hadn't set something up and the support tech didn't just type instructions for me. She took the time to video the steps and email those or sent them to me through the support chat so I could fix it on the spot without stuttering over how to do the fix.
