All in all the user interface is really good. The customer support team is a real champion - very responsive, helpful and lightning quick.
There are so many configurations possible, that you can get a little overwhlemed, and lost in the menus and submenus.
But what I like the most is that you can make money with Optimonk. There are lots of special features, that allow popups to be personalized and triggered at the best moment and place.

Certain customisations are not possible straight forward and need a workaround where you end up losing some in-built features.
Once I build my first CTA it was easy to launch and monitor my campaign, and their support is very good. Also they have very good tutorials.
It is not unusual to have their server fail and cause additional delays and problems. What has happened more recently is much more troubling.
But what I love most is the ability to re-target my CTAs, inline in my website's content, with appropriate follow up CTAs. ConvertFlow is the glue that holds together my entire marketing platform.
Terrible, I'm going with another provider because they have terrible customer support.
The best feature is all the beautiful pre-built templates (pop-ups, forms, and landing pages) that make it easy to customize to our liking. Convertflow also integrated with our CRM.
The only downside I've run into is having a bit of problem with the logic that prevents popups from showing to certain users.
ConvertFlow is super easy to use and implement. I really like the integration with Infusionsoft which allows us to segment and tag customers appropriately.
This is very frustrating because it makes it hard to run reports for anyone who doesn't have access to ConvertFlow. The other issue is the Google Analytics integration doesn't work for Landing Pages.
