Personalized, composable B2B and B2C ecommerce platform for mid-market and enterprise businesses.
Distributors, manufacturers and wholesalers. Companies that run their business using Microsoft Dynamics or SAP ERP systems.
For accuracy in inventory management, Adobe Commerce is the most efficient and reliable solution. I am impressed by the amazing capabilities of Adobe Commerce.
If your admin set you up incorrectly, you may be limited in your actions. Older versions are a little more confusing.
I liked that it was free to download, you cannot argue that price. I had heard from a colleague that they loved the platform and the community, so I figured it was worth a try.
It is a frequently used platform and always vulnerable to attacks. As a result, both in-house and outsourced IT teams must perform regular security updates.
This is the best open-source e-commerce platform that allows you to add beautiful and stunning themes for your website, So you can build a beautiful e-commerce website.
This was very stressful, and was the reason for which my team dumped it. Expensive themes: Magento is not as widely used as some other ecommerce CMSs.
Great advantage of Magenta is it being self-hosted service, meaning you have full control over your store and it fully belongs to you. You can not have this flexibility with Shopify and if they do.
Awkward and lacking search features in back end. Reporting functions are difficult to use.
Also good to mention that it was a real pleasure to work with the guys that did the implementation. And a good supportdesk with good responcetime.
Sometimes the flexipage feature can be confusing.
The site looks clean and feels great to use, very quick thanks to some recent updates. Feedback from our customers has been excellent and it has really helped to improve our online presence.
The software is ridgid, there as and user it is "hard" to change design or wire frames.
I like the tool, it is very simple, they have everything perfectly documented and the after-sales service is wonderful, SANA normally seeks customer satisfaction.
It is difficult to establish business rules, as well as to develop them due to their high cost.
Overall a good experience. The Sana team i work with are very helpful and friendly, Any customisations are completed swiftly and as requested.
Hard and expensive to customize. Origin is in B2B, thats why it lacks some B2C functionalities , but the new version will address it.
Steve: Hello, my name is Steve. I work for an IT company as a marketer, and I rate this software five out of five. Previously, not our company ourselves, but some of our customers, we were actually assisting them with Shopify. And as they continued to grow large scale, talking about maybe 10,000 orders or more, they started having limitations with the software. So an alternative was to transition over to Adobe Creative, and that really helped them to expand on a larger basis. The reason we decided to switch over to Adobe Commerce was that our customers, as they continued to scale, they really wanted to basically bring everything more in-house so that they weren't using third party tools, especially on the license side of things. So by using Adobe Commerce, we were able to help transition them a lot smoother and that they were able to use that as part of their expansion as they continue to grow. The onboarding integration side of things was actually very simple. The transition for exporting and importing, especially from a third party tool, was really smooth. We had a couple of hiccups, but aside from that, it was a lot smoother than we've previously used for other third party tools. My personal recommendations would be to just jump on it, give it a try, and you'll actually see how smooth the process is. There's a lot of documentation that was very helpful for us moving forward. And it's probably a good opportunity to start thinking about transitioning if you're seeing a lot of growth early on.
Gaelle: My name is Gaelle. I'm the owner of a toy distribution company here in Montreal. I give Sana Commerce five out of five, five stars. And for more reviews like this, please click the link below. Before moving to Sana Commerce, we were using Magento eCommerce, and we were linked with our GP Dynamics with i95 Connect. The reason why we left Magento is that we would require the help of developers and coders on a daily basis to make simple changes to our website, as well as the information that we wanted to display from our ERP system to our customers. The reason why I chose Sana is that Sana is a fully integrated system hosted for me. That gave me a lot of independence, and I had all the capabilities that our business required for B2B and B2C needs. Onboarding with Sana has been extremely easy. The system was first integrated with our ERP system. All that I had to do was add attributes to our products and categorize some clients. On the eCommerce side, on the website side, it was a matter of drag and drop, and building my own site without any coding knowledge. Sana Commerce has a huge library of YouTube videos called Sana University, which has been a key for me to understand the Sana logic. And I built my website in less than a week. Moving to Sana has been so seamless that I would highly recommend to anybody in the distribution industry, either B2B, B2C, or both combined, to move to Sana. I don't believe there is a trial period, but there is an extensive library of videos that you can watch to get to know the product. And their sales team is excellent at doing demos to show you the capabilities of Sana. Their support team has always been extremely available, both on the technical side and on the sales side. I highly recommend it.
