And I give them five out of five. Rentals United is the front runner in their sector of the holiday lettings industry. And their easiness of connecting with our property management system, then they wrapped, it in the superior choice for us. There were two main reasons we chose Rentals United. The first one was the depth of their channel. So they not only connect with the obvious channels, such as booking.com, TripAdvisor, HomeAway, Airbnb, but also a lot of secondary channels that a lot of channel managers don't consider as well. Secondly, their strength of data. So they were helping us get our bookings perfect down to the penny, across multiple currencies. And that's a challenge that a lot of [inaudible 00:00:47] might have in that industry. Rentals United had a fantastic onboarding team that helped us at every step of the way. It's not necessarily an easy integration because there is so much data involved with pricing models and different nightly pricing, weekly pricing, across the range of properties. So whilst it is a complex onboarding process, the team are there to make sure it's as streamlined as possible. The biggest recommendation I'd have for anybody looking at Rentals United is to make sure that your own pricing model within your agency or portfolio properties is a single model, that will make your onboarding a lot easier. And also, be really experimental with trying new channels available to you. Because once you've sent your data, it's pretty straightforward to push your properties and your booking channels. And you might be surprised just where extra bookings come from.

We use also Autotradercars.com and CarGurus. Carsforsale, I'm hoping to get a different kind of customer that's going to find my vehicles in maybe a different way than other people would find them on the normal sites. Or not the normal sites, but Autotrader and cars.com or CarGurus, there's a lot more advertising for those, so I hope to capture some other clients that I might not have gotten in those other traditional ways. Carsforsale.com is super simple and is a great way to get extra leads. I would say for the price of carsforsale and the way the setup is, I'd say that it's pretty good value, and that for the price, you should probably have it to capture those extra leads.
