GoCanvas vs Builterra: Which is a better fit?

GoCanvas was the first and the only solution that we decided upon for our paperless contract documentation. We love the easy to use an app and the ability to scale with future employees.

Sometimes we have to triple check the data that we upload, the minimal error on the file can cause the app to crash.

Because of how easy it is to use GoCanvas, and because of the outstanding customer service, we have chosen to sign with GoCanvas for a full year.

Poor communication - bad customer service: Stay away.

I like the ease of use and the ability to customize it to our needs. I appreciate the support offered by the GoCanvas team as well.

Still waiting on a search function in completed jobs and I still have trouble when my reference file is to large.

Easy to customize to your needs and great accessibility for drivers on the road. Love the scan feature so that we can keep track of inventory at lot easier.

I started using GoCanvas because we do a lot of Motor Home (RV) Mechanical Inspections and the techs writing on my forms was quite often difficult to read.

The idea is a good one and the appearance from an outside perspective is good. The ability to geolocate and work collaboratively is great.

The many layers of data entry leaves room for data to be entered incorrectly into the wrong location which renders the data meaningless.

The software is great easy to use I like the mobile app makes my tracking of the day-to-day operations useful.

These dummy items are placed randomly throughout different drop down menus and it is very confusing.

The ablitlity to complete reports onsite is amazing and to add photos right in the app with captions is great.

The loading speed is a little slow. And if you repeat what you've written because you don't have auto-save function, it's a bit sad to write the same contents every day.

I love the built in GPS for location purposes. The syncing from mobile device to desktop/laptop works amazing every time.

Difficult to create additional and / or customized reports.
