Capterra’s researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology. Learn more.

Built for mid-market & enterprises, Zesty powers content distribution to websites, apps, IoT, e-commerce platforms and digital signage. And as more channels appear we will serve there as well.
The software is vey good and the features and abilities are nice and useful.
As a result, we missed years of updates and then had a very painful period where everything seemed to break while, version by version, we got our system up to date.
We've been using the software with out clients since almost the inception of the software. Their support is great, and more affordable than most that are comparable amongst enterprise CMS providers.
The interface and learning curve can be intimidating for first-time or casual users.
I also love the ability to adapt the software itself to what our business needs through the use of plugins.
I think the biggest problem over the years (we are no longer clients) was the lack of a good, consistent working relationship.
I'm usually pleased with the flexibility this product has provided. We liked that we might make necessary adjustments to have the system achieve what we required.
Rather than prioritize it as a hotfix, it is idle until the next release. In the meantime, I have to defer to a third-party sitemap tool.
I find it as enjoyable to use as a CMS can be. There was some learning curve but once comfortable with the environment it's a powerful and easy platform.
I worry that when there is a major overhaul of the software, I'll not be able to get a contractor onboard to support me quickly. Thankfully, few overhauls have taken place so far.
But Zesty was committed to delivering what was promised, we overcame the challenges together, and developed a strong relationship in the process. Our team enjoyed using the platform.
Some of the engineers steps are not intuitive (how the pages/datasets, etc work). There is no way to edit within an IDE of choice.
The customer service is EXCELLENT. Very available, very responsive, backed by actual engineers.
Function for managing redirects was limited. This made site re-builds more time-consuming.
Highly recommend if you are looking for industrial-strength CMS with almost infinite flexibility for developers. If you want a cheap template-y solution, this is not what you want.
Some of the Media organization is a little quirky. That is really the only negative.
